Learn to make authentic Italian Biscotti! Biscotti just like Nonna would make! Join us for an afternoon in the kitchen while you learn to make authentic biscotti along with a delicious cannoli dip. Cost for this class is $50/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Patricia grew up in Italy and will be sharing many interesting and surprising stories about the Italian culture and traditions and how they have shaped the Italian pastry cuisine. You will find out why Italy does not have a national sweet cuisine, and the surprising mix of religion and sensuality in the creation of many Italian pastries. This cooking class is an interactive demonstration/semi hands-on class. You will learn how to make all menu items in this class, be served a generous portion of each one, all while having a fun evening out in the kitchen! Come together with friends, a date, or just treat yourself. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Wine will not be served in this class but will be available for purchase at our bar.
