Hamilton family with a small herd of Nubian does is seeking a part-time Dairy Manager. This position entails all aspects of milking, filtering and storing milk, and turning the goat milk into products for the family’s consumption only, such as cheeses, sour cream, ice cream, butter, ranch dressing, etc. Dairy Manager must love animals and have experience milking and making dairy products.
