Northstar Insulation Insulation Installer $18.00 to $28.00 an Hour  Northstar Insulation provides services for new construction residential and and existing home insulation projects throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota areas. We insulate walls, attics, basements, crawl spaces, garages and even ice houses to improve energy efficiency and comfort.   Our Opportunity Our company continues to expand and we are looking for construction laborers to complete both new construction and retrofit projects. Responsibilities and Duties Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job Follow all safety guidelines at all times Install each job using company approved methods Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency Assist foreman on job Unload the truck at the end of each day About You Previous construction experience a plus Must know basic hand tools. Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure. Hard-working and goal-oriented. Reliable and always on time.
