About the opportunity Springboard Collaborative invites talented and passionate candidates to apply for the position of Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring the fidelity of inventory and warehouse management protocols across West Coast warehouse locations. The Warehouse Manager will report to the National Warehouse Manager and work as part of the Supply Chains Team within Business Strategy at Springboard. Responsibilities: Facilities Management: Ensure West Coast Springboard spaces have what they need. Inventory Management and logistics: Maintain consistent and accurate inventory records. Warehouse Management: Maintain warehouse processes and principles to enable efficient and effective inventory management. While this description is meant to provide an overview of the responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager, we are seeking candidates who demonstrate flexibility and can adapt to evolving needs in an entrepreneurial environment. Required skills, qualifications, and characteristics: 1 year warehouse management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Experience with inventory systems and tools (scanners, inventory systems) Adapts easily to new technologies Ability to take direction Valid Driver’s License Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs boxes, daily. Desired skills, qualifications, and characteristics: 3 years of experience working in a warehouse environment Experience using Asana and Salesforce or similar project management and CRM platforms Experience managing other people in a warehouse Compensation This is a full-time, exempt position offering benefits and a salary within the range of $63,000-$68,000 commensurate with Springboard Collaborative’s Associate-level compensation band. Location Springboard Collaborative’s West Coast Ops Hub in Hayward, CA, with an immediate task to open a new warehouse in the same region.
