My friend and I are looking for a bassist and a singer. My friend plays drums (very very good) and I play guitar. We want to play practiced songs but also jam during gigs. We are looking for a bassist that can keep a groove going and can come up with bass lines on the spot. We are looking for a singer that can make a crowd excited and can make a crowd want to dance. The singer also has to be able to come up with things on the spot while jamming, for example, if we are in a jam and we start playing a riff, then the singer should be able to freestyle lyrics, or use lyrics from another song. Our main influences are Led zeppelin, phish, black sabbath, james brown, etc. We want to play rock and roll music, along with funk, blues, psychadelic, etc. We are very serious and we would like to start recording ASAP.
