VERY SWEET scruffy terrier mix needs home

Fern is a 25 lb yorkie/pitbull mix (I have her DNA breed results) and about 1.5 years old. I am having to move suddenly due to an emergency and cannot take her. She is very smart and trainable, warms up to new people quickly, potty trained, and crate trained. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped and comes with her records, her crate, a full bag of food, her remaining 5 months of Heartgard/Nexgard, and all of her toys. She is very physically strong and probably should not be around small children as she has no concept of her own strength. That said, she is not super high-energy all the time, and loves to snuggle. She also loves to play. She sounds scary when playing but it’s just her deep voice. She WILL need some training on basic manners. She is a yorkie mix and can be a little headstrong! I think she’d be alright with other dogs and older children with a proper introduction. I do not allow her on my furniture or have bones outside of her crate as she has growled a couple of times when I did allow these things. No snapping or biting ever, just mild resource guarding, but I do not want to misrepresent her behavior or send her to the wrong home. She needs training and boundaries but she is very trainable if you’re consistent with her. Text or email ONLY. Rehoming fee is $200 with all of her supplies and this does not even begin to cover the cost of everything, I simply want to know she is going to a good home.
