My name is Sergio. I am a retired paramedic of 15 years and have worked in multiple counties and can say that good quality, consistent and empathetic care for the elderly is hard to come by. Even in highly rated facilities it is a common trend for nurses to be over worked and facilities to be understaffed. The amount of under reported neglect is Astounding. I personally would never put my family in a facility. I've seen it myself and this is my way of giving back and making things right even if it's one person I hope to make their quality of life worth living. I also play guitar and don't mind entertaining. I am willing to come to your home and bring the care that you need to you. I am willing to negotiate a pay rate and schedule. I'm also willing to be an advocate for your loved one if you need them and the facility allows caregiving visitors I'm also available for personal assistant needs, etc..
