Roommate wanted by august

We are 2 roommates 25, and 23 both male looking for a 3rd person to get a bigger place at least 3 bed and 2 bath. We have been roomates for 3+ years we have no pets but are hoping to get a house that will accomodate a cat and/or dog. We currently pay $1025 each per month but would like to bring that down as much as possible while still meeting all our requirements. our lease is up in August so we would like to have everything situated by then. What we are looking for is someone who is around our age, has a stable job, communicates well, cleans up after themselves, and we do smoke weed and or dab but would prefer someone who doesn't smoke cigarettes.
