Hello! We're building a warm and welcoming peer-to-peer community for mental wellness. We host support group sessions for people looking to connect with others who have experienced similar challenges.
This group is for people who have personal experience with anxiety and/or depression.
Our sessions are not group therapy. Our groups are hosted by peers with shared lived experiences. We keep sessions relatively small and structured to allow for safe interactions and conversation time.
We are holding one-hour Zoom video calls focusing on different topics. Some examples below.
4/21 6-7 PM: Let it go: Forgiveness and Acceptance
4/22 1-2 PM: Dealing with Anxiety Attacks
5/3 6:30-7:30 PM: Stronger Boundaries, Less Stress
