About this Job: This is an entry level position. We are looking for multiple seasonal members to join our crew for the Spring. This role is hiring ASAP, will continue until early June, but has potential to become year-round for the right candidate. We are an established family-owned company that designs, builds, and services piers around the Lake Country area. We offer a relaxed work environment with a small group of guys that work together to craft the best piers in the area. What to expect: Everyday we set out on various lakes in the Waukesha County area by boat and work along the shoreline installing piers for our customers. Essential Duties: * Operate a variety of power tools such as drills, impact drivers, saws, etc. * Install dock components (ability to lift up to 65 lbs) * Receive general instructions verbally or in writing from supervisor/lead Requirements: * Eagerness to learn and improve * Punctual and reliable * Positive attitude * Ability to lift up to 65 pounds * Carpentry experience is a HUGE plus, but willing to teach the right candidate.
