Mr. Morrissey is a state senator(state legislator) not a member of the US Senate. My esteemed friend to the north is correct. The original poster’s meme ASSumes Morrisey is a US Senator. Which is what most perusers here would care about. Before I knew Mr. Morrissey’s name I couldn’t tell you a single state legislator from VA nor their US Senators, as I don’t live there. Mr. Morrissey may be an inappropriate man, but as I’m not from VA, I don’t care. To say he’s “one of your kind” is pretty shitty as that assumes Democrats are rapists or that Democrats support rapists. I could say the Capitol insurrectionists are “one of your kind.” I’d be actually true on that...
