We increase curb appeal and actual value by providing: **Window Cleaning (ladder work, no high-rise) **Roof & Gutter Cleaning **Moss Removal & Roof Treatment **Exterior Gutter & Siding Cleaning **Pressure Washing **Custom Holiday Lighting Compensation: $15 to $17 per hour (compensation is based on experience and performance) - eligible for wage increase after 90 days Goals & Objectives of the Position: 1. Team Player - work with Production Manager and Lead Technicians to effectively complete assigned work in the scheduled time 2. Customer Service - serve customers, clients, and other team members with excellence (professionalism, courtesy, kindness, respect and dignity) – treat others the way you’d like to be treated 3. Attention to Detail - follow established systems for completing work to ensure all tasks are performed correctly and completely 4. Integrity & Reliability - attendance, attitude, communication, etc. - doing the right thing so that you meet or exceed expectations 5. Organization & Efficiency - keep trucks, shop area, tools, etc. clean, organized, and maintained on a daily basis for the efficient and productive completion of work Employment Requirements: Prior work experience: 1-2 years in a service/construction labor industry Certificates & licenses: Valid Washington State Driver’s License (with reliable transportation to get to and from work) Skill requirements: Ability to read a map (or use GPS), excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and willingness to work hard in all weather conditions Working Conditions: Hours: Mon - Fri (7am - 5 pm) Office Location: Office in NE Tacoma (jobsites in various locations in the Puget Sound area) Environmental conditions: Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions Necessary travel (what percent of the time): travel will vary depending on scheduled appointments. Technician will drive or ride in a company vehicle to and from scheduled appointments.
