compensation: DOE We are looking for a Full time seasonal production assistant to join our Production department. This job is for immediate hire for a seasonal position through the summer. Experience as a screen printer (manual and/or automatic press) operations, embroidery, award design & layout are a huge plus. Must be able to read, write legibly and to follow directions. About Us: Color Graphics was established in 1984 and is a family owned business, that strives to be a leader in Apparel Imprinting, Embroidery, Promotional Products & Awards. We are located in Tumwater WA, and began delivering quality products and exceptional customer service for over 30 years. With one of the largest showrooms on the West Coast we offer a unique customer experience, which is unheard of in this industry. We are a Union Shop that completes Screen printing, Embroidery & Awards orders in house! Job Duties to include: Burning images to screens Reclaiming Screens Assisting with Embroidery operations/duties Folding, packing, staging and counting of printed and non-printed stock Assist Senior Screen Printer in setting up and tearing down jobs Qualities of Successful Candidate: Experience with industrial automatic or manual screen print machines a plus. Ability to read, write and speak simple English in order to decipher work orders and communicate with other departments within production. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail. Willing to take direction Flexible Creative Willing to learn various software programs as needed Requirements: Dependable and Punctual. Understands basic inventory, warehousing operations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Ability to read and interpret work orders, procedure manuals and work instructions Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers in team environment Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 40 lbs. for the duration of work hours. ***Qualified candidates please send a resume, no calls please**** This is a full time position.
