General laborer with opportunity for advancement

We are a sport surfacing company that is looking for a laborer. We travel through out the Pacific Northwest and coat various surfaces to create courts for playing sports. We need someone who is reliable and can interact joyfully with customers/coworkers and has a vehicle with valid license. Must also have good physical conditioning and be able to move 100lbs on a regular basis. 18 dollars per hour with a 10% increase after one month and skills learned.
