Fence Builder, Helper and laborer

**Needed as soon as possible** I need 1 Privacy Fence Builder Lead, 1 Helper and 1 laborer. I have approx 4 to 6 weeks worth of custom privacy fence work for the right candidates. Following applies: Lead - Must have extensive fence building experience. Must know how to operate table saw, miter saw and hand tools. Prefer candidate have their own cordless screw gun/drill. Must be able to direct crew in owner's absence. Helper - Helper needs to have a basic understanding of fence building. Highly prefer helper have a cordless screw gun. Laborer - must be fit and able to lift and carry 60-80 pounds on a continuous basis. Must be able to operate a Gas auger and manual post hole digger. Must be able to follow instructions. All candidates must be reliable and punctual. No drugs or alcohol. This job site is approx 40 miles from mobile in Baldwin County. I will take riders that have a current Covid-19 vaccination, otherwise you will be required to drive yourself. Framing carpenters, iron workers, finish carpenters, and general construction workers encouraged to apply.
