Need Carpenter Helper for custom IPE deck in Northwood

Need a non crack head helper for a IPE deck project. IPE Deck with hidden fasteners/clips. Layout is VERY EXACTING!!!! YOU MUST BE FOCUSED AND EXACTING IN THE SPACING AND LAYOUT!!! FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL IS GOOD. Have your HIA and you will have an early day. Have a basic tool belt and tape measure (and know how to read it) and a screw gun (not a driver). I do all the layout and cuts you clip it down. EASY GIG!!!!. Job lasts at least 2 weeks. Show up every day on time and not looking like you slept in a dumpster, pants up and no bs t shirts. Smoking ok but you field strip and butts in the trash. $125/day. Thats $625/wk cash. Guys grinding it out with Joe Remodeler aint clearing that after taxes so........
