Children's Paint & Yoga brought to you by The Coppered Colored Rainbow Let's PAINT & YOGA !!!!! Join us on Sunday June 6th, 2021 for PAINT & YOGA. We will be combining the love of ART with a fun guided yoga experience where we can stretch our limbs and take in the fresh spring air. This is a beginner and children's friendly experience. Each child will receive an EASEL, CANVAS, & PAINT SUPPLIES for the ART portion of our event. For the yoga experience this will be a guided practice that will offer easy, beginner friendly yoga instructions, to offer us balance, clarity, stillness, stress relief, & focus. We also encourage you to bring a yoga mat or blanket with you. If you do not have a mat. WE WILL HAVE YOGA MATS FOR PURCHASE !!!
