At this time, we are hiring for the following positions: Sales Associate (Full-Time / Remote) Tester (Full-Time / On-site) Photographer / Stocker (Full-Time / On-site) Repair Technician (Full-Time / On-site) Follow this link to learn more about all of our available positions and workplace environment: Technician / Tester Job Description: Our “testers” are truly on the front line of the TMR customer experience. They are receiving incoming inventory - unpacking and placing products (some heavy lifting required) up on the bench for assessment. Each piece must be handled with care. This position requires familiarity with a wide variety of home audio components and speakers; sharp eyes and ears; attention to detail and the ability to communicate (often in writing) with the rest of the team. It’s up to our techs to answer the question “is this product fully functional” and to provide written details in our inventory system about any functional or cosmetic issues that our customers will need to be aware of. A typical day might include checking a few emails as you drink your daily espresso then diving into the pile of awaiting shipments and testing and entering into inventory 12-15 pieces of gear. Wages: This position has a projected hourly rate of $17-22/hr depending on experience and qualifications. Do you think you’re worth more? Tell us why.
