Landscaping Looking for hardworking individuals for this March - Nov season. Our company focuses on yard & garden cleanouts, tree and shrub trimming, and basic landscape installations.; weed barrier, mulch & stone. No Mowing. We’re looking to fill several PT positions that can turn full time as we are getting into busy season. Landscape crew - starting pay @$15-$20 DOE. Will train the right individuals. Crew Leader -starting ay $20-$25 DOE managing a crew. Must have *reliable phone &transportation *no drug or alcohol issues *pass criminal background check & have clean dmv record. Our area covers most of west metro & Jefferson county including Evergreen and other foothill towns. Window Cleaning Looking for window cleaning techs & helpers for crews this season. Will train the right candidates. Postions will include cleaning inside and outside windows of clients homes, as well as deep cleaning screens and tracks. Some jobs will be easier than others, we’ll be mindful not to overload our guys with work throughout the week. Our area covers most of west metro & Jefferson including Evergreen and the foothills. Techs will be responsible for working independantly throughout the week & helpers will be shadowing crewleaders, primarily watching and learning then moving their way up. We can provide tools of the trade for the new guys and you’ll be started hourly; if youre experienced and are in a position to run a crew or jump in with another tech and can smash out work - we can pay either hourly or flat rate based on percent of job, whatever best fits the output and quality of your performance. Bonuses on upselling work. Gutter cleaning, surface cleaning (pressure washing) experience a plus. We offer trade and safety training, flexible scheduling, and good communication.
