More unemployment pending

Pending pending pending and impossible ever to get through to a human (I've tried literally hundreds of times), and what's the deal with having to type in your email and password three times to log in every time? Every time, it takes three attempts. That can't be a mistake, can it? I called Jared's office today... couldn't get through to a person at the Humboldt office, so ended up calling San Rafael, and the person I spoke to was great, said she'd heard the same thing a number of times, said they'd contact EDD, took my name and number, etc. Promised a call back within a week. So I guess I'm pending there, too. We'll see. Is this being covered? I'll go on the record.
