Remove Ceiling Texture

We just bought a house and it has this spiky texture in every room. The house is vacant therefore we would like to get the ceilings scrapped asap. We want someone who has done this before so it doesn't come out patchy. Must be insured and licensed as well. The house is 2800 sq feet. I will attach a couple of pictures so you can get an idea of what it looks like. We have 4 rooms that need to be painted as well if your interested.
