Red Mountain Maids is looking for a Cleaning Specialist. (280/Inverness Area) We are a start-up company and we are growing! We are looking to add an additional person to our team. If you worked for a cleaning service before, you are welcome to apply but come with a different mind-set. We are different than other cleaning companies. We are more like home-detailers. We do more than the other "maid franchises" around town. We do weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move in/out, and deep cleans for residents around the Birmingham metro area. Job Details The Cleaning Specialist will report directly to the Lead Cleaner Cleaning residential homes to customer's specifications. This includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. Duties will include scrubbing toilets, cleaning showers and tubs, cleaning glass and mirrors, polishing sinks, vacuuming furniture and floors, scrubbing tile, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning ovens, mopping floors, and other duties related to the job. Most days we arrive at the customer's home by 9:00am. We meet in the Inverness/280 45 minutes prior to our first appointment (8:15am). We do not have a brick & mortar building yet, so please understand we meet at a residential location. This job has potential to be full-time some weeks and possibly permanent. You will work in teams of 2 and 3. This is a customer facing position and you will act as a representative of Red Mountain Maids. Requirements Background checks will be performed on all employees. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to meet in the Inverness/280 area for work. Must be reliable and show up on time every day. Must have a friendly, positive, and outgoing attitude with a "customer's always right" mentality. Must be willing to be flexible as the schedule calls for jobs. We do not work weekends, nights or holidays! We train you on the job, no prior experience necessary. Just come with a good attitude and even better work ethic!
