I have about three yards of good quality top soil dug out of my mother's property in Ashland, removed to create landscaping trenches. It is a rich sandy-loam mix (dry, lightweight, gritty to powdery) with none of the awful sticky clay that is so common in the valley. Mainly from garden areas of the property, much enriched by past layers of decomposed mulch. Few roots or rocks. One section of trenching crosses a corner of her property behind the garage that I have used as a cleanup area for household projects, so the topsoil (unsegregated) may contain trace amounts of mineral spirits, paint, gypsum, portland cement--thus may not be suitable for a vegetable garden--better for landfill, lawn, ornamental garden. Hopefully someone needs this for fill or garden, and I won't have to worry about dump fees. $150 cash to back your dump trailer up my mother's driveway and haul it all away. I will shovel it in and you can help if you want it to load fast. My mother's driveway is narrow and right off Main Street north of town (no street parking available, but temporary loading in median turn lane), so tracked loading equipment is probably not very practical. If you don't have a large dump trailer, it will probably be 2-3 loads. Call or text first to make arrangements, so I can have the driveway clear for you. I would like this done Tuesday AM if possible. First come, first served. If my hauling guesstimate is way off, I will adjust or rent my own hauling equipment. Thanks.
