Need female & guy workers for bbq gigs

I'm looking to hire 2 women and one guy for some possible upcoming bbq gigs. Although I started this business over a year ago COVID put everything on hold. So as of right now this will be a on call type thing till I land more gigs and events. If and when I have a bbq vendor gig I'll contact you to see if your free and let you know the details and flat pay rate. So this will be great for someone with some extra time on their hands. Would like to hire two lady's to help take orders and process credit cards and cash. Plus a guy to help setup and man the grills and smokers. Most of this work will be outside of course so as we get into summer you know how hot it can get and with grills/smokers it can and will get even hotter. Please not some of these gigs or events will be over night or up to 3 days for big events like EDC or I Heart Music Festival if we get picked for those. So sometime be ready for a long haul if needed. Will need to have or be able to get your food handlers card. Other than that just be fun, outgoing and reliable. Possibility for some real money in the near future. Can maybe use someone with in the next day or so for help organizing my storage unit here in Henderson near Sunset and Boulder. An easy $50 for an hour or so help getting ready for an new smoker to arrive.
