Seeking semi skilled handymen or handywomen to complete a few basic tasks who is detail-oriented, takes directions well without being micromanaged and works quickly. We need someone to start working within 1 to 2 days.
This project is located in Canoga Park. The cross streets are Shoup and Sherman Way. One street South of Del Taco.
Note: This project is not big enough for bids or contractors. It may take 4 hours to complete or a full day depending upon how many handymen/women we hire.
Note: The following examples have to be completed before we begin the second phase. If your hired for the first phase and competent we will consider hiring you for the second phase and third.
Work examples of Phase One include:
A) Sand Drywall on walls and ceiling with a pole sander attached to a shop vacuum to minimize dust.
B) Skim coat drywall mud on 8' high walls and ceiling (if qualified).
C) Remove nails from wood subfloor.
D) Use small circular saw to cut stair skirt board (if qualified).
E) Remove 2 interior doors from door hinge.
F) Frame in doorway (if qualified).
G) Lightly sand a clothes washing machine and dryer to prep for spray painting.
H) Lift dryer on top of washing machine with assistance.
Will pay $15 to $18 based upon your ability and the length of time it takes for you to complete each tasks. We have necessary tools and building materials. You do not need to bring anything. You must be dependable and be on time when your scheduled for work. Must wear a mask due to the virus.
