Looking for refurbished record changer

I am looking for a completely refurbished cosmetically excellent cond and clean record changer that can run on batteries and plays 78s that has a good cartridge and stylus and a separate stylus for the 78s. Would prefer that it has two external speakers attached to it. I don't need it to have a radio or anything else. Serious replies please
