In need of money for medical and dental treatment I can't afford

I'm 41 on disability for social anxiety and PTSD From December of 2019  to February 2020 I was staying at a homeless shelter. The shelter is doesn't take HUD funds and is legally licensed as a church which means it can operate with no external oversight. As a church it claims to be non denominational but but it has ties to Southern Baptist Churches in Milwaukee. When the staff found out I'm an Atheist they had 6 security guards that weighed at least 350lbs each beat me up I had 4 crowns and several teeth knocked out, other injuries to my face have caused me to have 8 sinus infections and 3 ear infections in the last year, I also have a non heart related chest pain caused by blunt force trauma, last is a blunt force trauma wound to my lower abdomen. I was kicked out of shelter because during the beating 2 of the guards had to spend 7 days in the hospital because of fight bite injuries. Medicare doesn't cover dental care and despite the doctors saying I need to have surgery Medicare says it's my injuries are managed by medication.  I refuse to take opioids for more than a 2 week period. As for sueing I have been told by several personal injuries that told me I can only sue for recoveries on money I already spent. A few things first I live in Milwaukee, WI even though I don't use drugs other than prescriptions Alcohol is the abused drug in Milwaukee. Milwaukee is literally the drunkest city in the US. Other than that Crack, Heroin, Marijuana, and Prescription opioids are the commonly abused drugs. Meth use is far less common than cocaine and crack use here. The drug that is becoming abused here more than most places is Gabapentin although it does require a prescription it's not a scheduled medication. I've been taking it for migraines and tremors since 2013. Low cost and sliding scale dentist only work with people without any insurance and only do extractions and fillings. Because I have a bad gag reflex that most dentist discover upon x-rays I have yet to find a dentist willing to do dentures for me. If you have ideas for universities, state low costs dental or any other common one that I'm getting sent there is a 99% chance I've looked into it and been rejected for it already.
