Providing prompt service, quality work, and fair pricing to our clients is our mission. We are currently hiring for two open positions. Day Porter (exterior cleaner) and Parking Lot Sweeper Operator. Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner Overview: Visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by sweeping up and removing litter and debris. Compensation: Starts at $11.50/hr (20-30 hours per week) Job Duties: Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned. Empty trash receptacles. Wipe down door handles and frames, trash receptacle lids, etc. Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping. Assist in snow removal (seasonal). Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have your own reliable transportation that is insured. Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently. -- Street/Parking Lot Sweeper Operator (Night time) Compensation: Starts at $12.00/hr (20 - 30 hours per week) Job Duties: Operate/drive street sweeper at assigned locations. Other duties may include sweeping by hand and porter services. Assist in snow removal (seasonal). Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must have a track record of being dependable. Be capable of working independently.
