Work with an established company that is both a residential remodeling contractor and manager of numerous higher quality residential rental properties. This job will be a blend of landscape installations and maintenance along with any of the trades involved in residential remodeling. Employment offered is a full-time and year round position. Over the course of a year there will be about 1/3 of the time in landscaping and about 2/3 of the time in remodeling work. Candidate must have at least five years of landscape installation and maintenance experience, however no previous experience in remodeling trades is required. We have at least a two year backlog of projects and you will be offered training in concrete, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical depending on your skills and interests. Skills and qualifications of a successful candidate: Enjoys performing physical work daily often outdoors, Can work well in either small groups or solo, Eligible to work in United States, Has a valid driver's license and reasonably clean driving record.
