ALL-LIFTS, INC. ALBANY NY Join a growing company supplying industry with wire rope slings and lifting assemblies for over 50 years. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Calculate material cut lengths, fitting requirements and select appropriate equipment to produce all varieties of lifting assemblies • Review, interpret and understand work orders and fabricate lifting assemblies as per All-Lifts Inc. training • Count, record and report inventory as required • Perform all duties to established quality standards and report defective or substandard material supplies or products • Ensure assemblies are manufactured and tested to meet quality standards and requirements • Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner, and follow all safety guidelines • Position is labor intensive and located in a shop environment • Perform other functions as directed or required WE OFFER: • Full-time Employment • Competitive Salary • Weekly Pay Check • Personal/Sick Time after Introductory Period • Health Insurance after Introductory Period • Vacation after One Year of Employment REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Construction experience beneficial but not required • Mechanical aptitude • Reading / writing skills • Good analytical, conceptual and planning skills • Ability to read a tape measure • Math aptitude up to adding and subtracting fractions and basic multiplication • Problem solving • Independent worker • Self motivated • Hard working • High school diploma or equivalent • Team work experience preferred
