Looking for an Individual to run a lawn/landscape maintenance crew. Must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience with spring/fall cleanups, bark mulch, and lawn mowing (commercial zero turn). Must have solid leadership skills, with an eye for detail, while maintaining efficiency (i.e. do a great job, and do it efficiently) The normal work week is Monday through Saturday, during the spring rush, and 5 days a week through the summer/fall. This is a physical job and will require the ability to efficiently work 10+/- hours per day. Compensation, based on experience, is competitive with paid vacation, healthcare bonus, retirement w/ company match, and more. Must be 18+, have a valid, insurable, drivers license.
