Who We Need: We are looking purely for dedicated, positive, kind, and hard-working individuals who strive to go above and beyond. You do not need any cleaning experience to work with us--we will train and teach you all the ropes. It can be quite an exercise to provide premium cleaning services to some of the accounts we service and you will have to keep a steady, fast pace. A driver's license is required and a reliable vehicle for transportation as well. What You'll Be Doing: A day for our team members is driving to a business/account we provide premium cleaning services to and clocking in with their phone when they arrive. There is never just one person-- a team member never works alone. Team members will then start to service the account following the personalized procedures made for that account and complete a checklist. The service can range from disinfecting high contact areas, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and more. Once the account has been serviced and the checklist completed, the team members are all set to drive to the next account and repeat this process. What you'll be doing is wildly important-- you will not just clean what the business wants you to clean; you will be building this business’ image. For businesses (and many other environments), image is such a key factor to being successful and striving. You are going to help this business succeed, make the environment they present a reflection of who they are and what they want others to see them as. It’s a huge responsibility; they trust you to ensure they are being represented not just well but to deliver a result above and beyond expectations.
