I know there are a lot of lonely people browsing these posts. I’m certainly not unique. Loneliness causes us to suffer because of our ego clinging. It is difficult to see this for what it is, with endless distractions in the palms of our hands. You are all good, whoever is reading this. You are beautiful and good. The basic quality of being makes you beautiful, not the idea of yourself as a person. Your qualities, as described in language, is not the source of your light. We are not crabs in a bucket.
