Looking for a handyman for NUMEROUS 'residential' tasks such as framing a wall, painting a fence, wall patch, drywall, etc. I need help updating a residential apartment. I pay more for the skilled labor jobs and the more skilled you are, the more hours I have and more pay Hours available: I prefer weekdays from 10-3 but can be flexible for the right person. I am happy to pay commensurate for good work. Please state your experience and, before hiring, will also need a couple of work references related to handyman work you have done for others. Please have your own reliable transportation and, even better if you have a truck. NON SMOKER
