Passionate and motivated Auto Service Manager wanted to provide solid leadership and outstanding service to our customers! The manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the shop operations including but not limited to managing all shop personnel, the shops profitability, performance results, quality control and customer satisfaction while overseeing the daily production and operations of the business. The successful candidate must be a hard-working and career-minded individual who is willing to devote their time and energy for the future success of the shop. Someone who is motivated, experienced, honest and a great leader. This position requires a high level of customer and employee interaction. Primary responsibilities - Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including open and closing procedures - Excellent customer service - provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers - Guide, supervise and maintain technicians in their daily work tasks - Assist customers in determining needs and promote our services accordingly - Estimate cost of repair and prepares itemized service order - Maintain good communication with customer and follows up after work is completed - Develop a keen understanding of all of our products and services - Organize and maintain all records and paperwork - Accountable for inventory and proper cash handling - Ensure that employees adhere to company policy Requirements - A minimum of 3 year of experience as an Automotive Service Manager - Automotive-industry experience and expertise a must - Strong leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent communication skills, decision making abilities, and a passion for exceeding customer's expectations are essential for this position. - Must have hands on service writing - Must be extremely comfortable with computers and technology - Ability to multitask, operates under pressure, and meets goals - Understanding of basic financials (Budget, P&L). - A valid driver license in addition to a clean driving record are required for this position - Applicants are subject to drug screening and background checks.
