Negligence results in death!

Because of “negligent groomers, this poor dog was hit and killed trying to get on a freeway. The groomer didn,t even realize he was missing, and then the owner had the nerve to threaten the elderly gentleman ( owner of the dog) as he went to complain, offering no apologies whatsoever about what happened to his “ service” dog. What kind of people are they! The place is called “ shaggy s dog grooming” on cedar, in vista. Don,t take your dog there. They don,t take precautions!!! And could care less...So sad! 😢😢😢💦
