Emergency needed for puppy

Looking for help and recommendations. This is King my friend adopted him from someone who couldn’t care for him any longer. Little did she know this poor baby was suffering and had major health issues. He had a prostate problem and got surgery for that then the vet noticed he has some rotting teeth and had to pull those too. It’s been one surgery after another. Recently he damaged his take and split it open(pitties and their excited tails) she took him to the vet and they cleaned the wound and wrapped it. Well now she noticed it turning black and he won’t eat or pass regular bowel movements. The vet the treated the initial wound doesn’t have any opening available anytime soon and another vet quoted her 2000 to ambutate. This poor pup needs this procedure and a reputable vet ASAP! Does anyone have any recommendations on good vets that could see him ASAP and even better if they have payment options/plans. Any advice or recommendations on organizations that are willing to help are greatly appreciated. If anyone is willing to donate we can set up a go fund me or once we find the vet to operate you could call and donate straight to the vet. Again any guidance super appreciated!! Thank you!
