Needing one individual to learn and conduct annual, and occasionally move-in and move-out, inspections for leased properties valley wide. The annual inspections are for occupied properties and will require a mask and other sanitizing or preventative measures be taken. Position is temporary, but may become full-time depending on the volume of inspections completed. Individual must know or able to learn the inspection module from Appfolio, a web-based program specifically for property management and property inspections. Individual must have a smart phone to take pictures during the inspections. Must have strong writing skills when entering information into the inspection module. Must be sociable and able to communicate well when scheduling the inspection with the Tenants and staff. Will also include misc. tasks such as installing and removing leasing signage, and installing and removing vendor boxes. Applicant must also have reliable transportation as inspections are valley wide. Company does have an old Jeep that can be used to travel and carry signs if necessary. Individual must be punctual and reliable when showing up for scheduled appointments. Most importantly, the individual must be very detailed, able to recognize any necessary maintenance or repairs concerns, and reflect these items in the inspection template.
