We strive to give our clients high quality event rentals and an excellent rental experience! Drivers are responsible for managing an effective and customer service oriented delivery and pick up for our clients. This position requires you to be team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills within a fast paced environment. Days and nights can consist of deliveries and pick up throughout southern California, It will also consist of setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, dance floors, tents, and almost every other item you can have for an event from corporate events to festivals. It will also involve working in the warehouse while maintaining product inventory, truck loading and unloading and other tasks. Job Description & Duties: -Inside warehouse prepping equipment. -On the road crew to assist drivers. -Proper setup and takedown of rental equipment at events. -Proper loading and unloading of rental equipment for events. -Ability to adapt to and work well with changing priorities and situations. -Ability to define and prioritize problems and resolve them quickly. -Strong verbal communication skills. -ensure all scheduled orders arrive by the deadline and adhere to the best transportation practices. -Strong motivation and the ability to work well with people at all levels. -Navigating to locations throughout the area. -Ability to manage time, work quickly, safely and adhere to delivery schedules. Requirements for Position: - WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!! - Drivers must have a clean record and a valid driver lic. - Event labor/helper does not need a clean record. - Drivers must have 2 -3 years of experience driving 16 to 26 foot box trucks. - Ability to lift 75lbs occasionally and 50lbs repeatedly. - Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility and job sites. - Good time management skills, leadership and decision making skills.
