Job Overview : Town and Country Resort is an authentic, mid-century modern resort in the heart of San Diego, where guests can relax, have fun and feel happy. Full Time positions, with benefits, available to start right away! Essential Functions • Execute hotel’s Key Control Policy as outlined in Security Department Manual. • Conduct non-regular interval patrols of the property and facilities; checking for any unusual situations or conditions. • Maintain a “presence” in all areas of the property and periodically check in with all managers on duty. • Protect guests and associates from harm, prevent theft and or destruction of hotel property. Qualifications • Flexibility with schedule: must be available to work weekends and holidays • CPR, First Aid, Defibrillator certifications required • Valid drivers’ license, and a clean driving record • CA Guard Card required Proud EOE
