Hi, my name is Tonya Freeman 58 yrs old native to Mesa and I have been diagnosed with Chronic Stage 4 Kidney Disease. I am scared to death and need help. My lease is up May 31st, my landlord has opted to not renew so he can raise rent. I have no place to go and no income until my disability is approved. I need donations, help with a studio apartment any resources that will help me live.
