Local Property and Ownership Company is hiring immediately for a full-time Carpentry Technician for a clean older property located in Louisville. The position is full-time Mon-Fri. Experience is required. Applicant should be comfortable with the following: Frame Carpentry Drywall repair Ceramic Tile Installation Minor plumbing (Setting toilets, etc) Trim Carpentry Must have own tools Pay 21-24/hr depending on experience!
