Champion Construction Supply is looking for a Non-CDL Driver that is knowledgeable, energetic and can provide the best overall customer experience. Non-CDL Driver will be operating one of our vehicles to deliver orders to jobsites and picking up orders from vendors. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trucks in addition to working with teammates to ensure the branch is operating successfully. Essential Duties: (But not limited to) • Help facilitate outside store operation when needed (loading, cleaning, organize, off load). • Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations. • Assist customers with their questions and needs. • Maintain daily records. • Maintain overall appearance of vehicle inside and outside. (clean / remove trash) • Ability to think quickly and make decision. • Carry through any responsibilities assigned. • Maintains a safe working environment. Requirements/ Skills: • communication, customer service. • Ability to read and write to record and communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 65lbs in a warehouse environment, regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head. • Minimum of one-year experience. • High school, secondary diploma or GED required (additional education is a plus). • Valid Driver’s License is Required. • Clean Driving record is a must.
