We are actively looking for a F/T housekeeper/cook for my husband and I. We have (2) 7 year old white Labrador retrievers and (2) 3 year old Bengal cats. We are looking for an honest & meticulous individual, who can clean our house from top to bottom, help me with organizing, has an excellent work ethic, and works well without being supervised. The working hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm 40 hours per week, starting rate of pay is $20 per hour. Our cliffside home has sweeping ocean views, 1 story 2+4 3,600 square foot with a large deck. Primary job duties would include keeping our house spotless, cooking, laundry and light ironing, grocery shopping & local area errands, keeping our home organized, pet care, and house/pet sitting when we are away on vacation. Our ideal candidate will be a pro at cleaning & cooking, have a car that is less than 10 years old, speak English well, and have a smart phone with which to receive texts and emails. We are looking to hire now! We also have a 21 year old university student who comes home during school breaks in the spring, summer and winter.
