Plumbing Installer Helper Full-Time - Residential/Light Commercial - Labor Intensive The Transou’s brand has been family-owned & operated for over 60 years and continues to grow. We are in need of a Plumbing Installation Helper to join our Crew. This position is labor intensive so we're in need of someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can follow instructions. This person must be reliable, have a good attitude, wants to learn the trade, and represent our company's core values. Daily Job Responsibilities include: Responsibilities Operate Service Fusion system to clock in and out, utilize task updates, and complete assignments in an effective and efficient manner. Help perform installation and maintenance of plumbing systems at residential homes, apartments, rental properties, and light commercial properties. Communicate daily with the job Foreman and Install Manager regarding jobs for the day. Work closely with our Install Manager and Management Team on goals and job development. Hands-on training each week to improve skills in the trade. Assist in preparation by organizing all inventory of materials and tools needed for each job. Keep van clean and stocked. Provide a 5 Star service for each customer. Be a great team member each and every day. Qualifications Preferred: 1+ years in residential plumbing and light commercial or technical trade experience. Clean, safe driving record. Ability to comprehend complex instructions. Ability to handle daily, full-day, physical workload Detail-oriented Self-motivated Punctual and Reliable Must pass a drug test & background screening Valid driver's license Why work at Transou’s Rooter & Plumbing?
