East End golf club has an immediate opening for a maintenance/custodial/porter. Maintenance worker will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties both inside and outside the club. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Window cleaning Trash collection Light bulb replacement and chandelier cleaning Maintaining outdoor patio areas Handling minor repairs throughout the club Setting up event rooms Coordinating with outside contractors Light construction work during the off-season Requirements: Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to identify problems and troubleshoot solutions Ability to work independently and stay on task to complete assignments Previous maintenance or custodial experience is helpful Must possess valid and clean driver’s license Must be able to perform physical work, including heavy lifting This is a full-time, year round position (including weekends) and may include overtime hours.
