Warehouse Superintendent: This employee is responsible for all aspects of accountability for a medium to small warehouse operation for a Construction/ Abatement company. The individual is needing to be organized and is required to keep accurate records of supplies on hand, ordering of supplies to maintain proper levels of supplies, maintaining a warehouse budget. Filling of material requisitions and distribution to proper Field Supervisors timely. Implementation of warehouse, distribution and logistics solutions. They manage labor material costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies. This individual will also be required to maintain equipment in clean and proper working order either by taking items for repair or repairing items themselves. They are responsible for tracking and logging all rental equipment with assistance from Logistics Manager and Project Managers. CAL INC will provide on the job training and certifications needed to work in the Abatement environment. One Year warehouse experience or Logistics experience is required. Familiar with the construction industry a must. Clean driving record, intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 10 holidays off a year.
