We have a growing flow of jobs available and are seeking "quality" painters, preferably 2+ man/women crews. We are seeking a crew that is interested in a steady flow of good paying jobs. When you complete one job for us, our goal is to have another one ready for you to take on right away! Requirements: -Looking for 2+ person painter crews. -Must care about the quality of your work. We will take care of you if you take care of our customers. In your response please let us know: -How many painters, including yourself do you have? -How many and what sizes of ladders to you own? -Do you have a sprayer and if so, what kind? -Do you own a power washer and of so, what kind? -Do you have general liability insurance? -Do you have a reliable vehicle and is your vehicle capable of carrying ladders? For residential jobs we pay better than weekly... We pay you immediately after the customer pays us which is immediately when each job is complete. We write checks to our crews right at our truck before we leave each site. We may also give you the opportunity to purchase materials on our account at national pricing discounts so you will have no upfront material costs. We also request tips from the customers on your behalf and pass any tips received directly on to you (100%).
