I found these two girls as strays two weeks ago while on vacation. They weren’t microchipped so I contacted local shelters and posted them on multiple sites, but no one has claimed them. Locals say that they had been roaming around the area for the past month and were presumably dumped. They are honestly the sweetest dogs you will ever meet! They are approximately 1 year old and still very much puppies lol! They weigh 55 pounds each and are a reddish blonde color with hazel eyes. I believe they’re a basenji pit lab (?) mix. I’ve named them Holly and Honey. Holly is the darker of the two and has a curled over tail. She is more outgoing and an attention hog while Honey is more submissive and easygoing. They are very bonded and inseparable so they have to go to a new home with one another. They are crate & house trained. They are very good listeners and super smart! They have done great with our other animals. They haven’t showed an ounce of aggression and are absolutely sweethearts. They love everyone they meet! We are still working on leash training, they have a tendency to try and chase the squirrels on walks 😅 They must go to a home with a fenced in yard; they are little escape artists and will take strolls by themselves if given the opportunity. I got them spayed a little over a week ago and UTD on vaccines, so they are ready to go to a new home anytime. Vet refer. are required and I would like to bring them to your home as well just so I know where they will be going. If for some reason it doesn’t work out, they must be returned to me. I never want them to end up dumped again. There is an adoption fee of 150 for both to ensure a forever home (so 75 each) and to help cover vet expenses.
