Our property management team is looking for a highly enthusiastic, responsible remodel/maintenance technician with a vision for excellence. Duties and Responsibilities • Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas • Complete assigned tasks related to unit remodels • Use hand tools and power tools effectively • Perform physical labor (i.e. lifting of equipment or heavy materials) • Participate in an on-call rotation Requirements and Qualifications • Work history as a remodeler and/or maintenance technician • Hands on experience with carpentry, electrical and plumbing • Familiar with all phases of remodeling • Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Education and Experience • General maintenance: 3 years+ • Minor plumbing and electrical • Tiling
